Well I finally plucked up the courage to go back to a gym and learn a new skill, I am 38 years of age, over weight and unfit but I can safely say I have never felt more welcome than I do here. As well as joining a gym, I have joined what feels like a new family, all I have received when training is positivity and understanding and great teaching, the only person that judges you at combat sports academy is yourself, so don't let your own doubts and excuses stop you.

My 5 yr old started MMA yesterday he absolutely loved it and did not want the session to end! The instructor was great and really made my son welcome an so did the other children. It had a lovely friendly environment to it - will definitely be going back next week!

I love this place! I used to watch stuff like this on TV. Didn't think I would be actually doing it myself. Been attending PT sessions at CSA for 8 months now. Everyone is friendly and you are made to feel very welcomed. People always giving you motivation and tips. You train around the most awesome fighters around. Best decision I made to join this place.

My 8 yr old daughter Erin has just finished her second free lesson and she loved it. She was petrified to start with but the staff are awesome with the kids and soon made her feel welcome, she was having fun in no time at all. Combat Sports Academy is a fantastic gym and has become over the last few years almost a second home for our son since he started training MMA and BJJ there aged 6 years. It's made a huge difference in his life; he's fit as a fiddle, has acquired discipline and a mature attitude from the expert training from all his CSA Professors, and is now competing in jiu jitsu competitions all around the country. I cannot recommend CSA highly enough for kids training; taking their classes and following their programmes has changed my son's life massively for the better and I would encourage anybody with kids looking for a sport to go and check out Combat Sports Academy.
